For our offices in Merelbeke, Belgium, we are currently looking for a dedicated Project Manager. You will join our Solutions Team and you will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Our people are part of the HYBRID family and ready to take on any challenge. Due to strong business growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will closely coordinate and monitor projects with clients and employees. Your objective is to deliver the projects on time and within budget. You will be a member of our Solution Team and report directly to the Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintaining an overview of the existing projects.
• Operational management of projects: preparing project planning and developing projects based on objectives and milestones.
• Maintaining communication with clients, advising and supporting clients and managing expectations.
• Accurate and step-by-step monitoring of planning and control as well as checking whether objectives have been achieved.
• Being able to assess the necessary risks and their impact on the project/organization in an accurate and timely manner.
• Taking action to control and neutralize these risks.

Your qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience as a project manager or experience managing projects in another role, preferably in the IT sector, is a must. Knowledge of PRINCE2 project management is a plus point.
• Affinity and/or experience with the printing or “packaging & label” industry helps to gain a good understanding of our clients’ business.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Stress resistant and flexible, you must be able to switch quickly between projects.
• Systematic & analytical thinker.
• Be able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Language skills: Dutch, English, any other language is a plus.
