Availability of the memorandum on the projected conversion into a SE

Pompey (France), 22 April 2013 – Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) announces that the memorandum on the projected conversion of the Company into a European Company (SE) is available in French and in English in the Investors section of the Company’s website, on the page dedicated to the projected legal reorganisation of the Company, which was announced on 15 April 2013.

This memorandum was drafted by the Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with applicable provisions of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 2157/2001 of 8 October 2011 on the statute for a European company, and of article L.225-245-1 of the French Commercial Code, and was filed with the clerk of the Nancy Trade and Companies Register on 19 April 2013.
